There I am...my latest self portrait...and it was a classic July 4th in Saigon. Well, it was actually July 3rd, 2008. Drinks were good, the food not bad...pretty good all in all. About 1,000 showed up at the White Palace in Saigon (aka HCMC).

Rioting after elections in Mongolia

My mongolian friend sent me these photos of the recent rioting in Ulaanbaatar following the elections. Obviously, most Mongolians do not condone the recent actions of hooligans and drunken youth who sacked the MRPR party headquarters in Ulaanbaatar.

But I am also sensing a great amount of frustration from Mongolians towards the MRPR party. Here's what one Mongolian said:

I'm not sure that the Metro idea would work everywhere - cost and massive infrastructures being two significant issues to deal with - but if you had to do a subway system the right way, then DC's Metro makes a classic model for the way t...

You ask what are RIAs? Well, you know how web applications are today, right? They are not so great sometimes.
